This is a three-day course aimed at equipping you with the knowledge required to operate a food business in an effective and hygienic manner.
Everyone who supervises food handlers or manages a food outlet. Candidates who have previously undertaken this course do not have to do the course again.
Gain the skills and knowledge to implement an effective regime in food hygiene.
This course is taught over three days and the final assessment of the course is carried out through a written exam held one week after the end of the course.
