This is a one-day course that covers basic training in food hygiene practices and is required by anyone working with food.
Anyone handling or serving food on a day-to-day basis.
Enhance understanding of good hygiene practices and standards and how to avoid outbreaks of food poisoning.
This course is taught over one day and the final assessment of the course is carried out through a 30-minute multiple choice exam, which is usually held at the end of the final taught session.
