Angus Centre for Enterprise will be hosting an Open Day event next week to provide information and advice for anyone considering starting up in business. On Thursday 9th February from 2- 6pm the Centre will be open to the public to showcase the services offered by Angus Centre for Enterprise and it’s many partner organisations.
Stand holders at the open day event will include AAVO, Young Enterprise Scotland, Business Gateway, The Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust and many more who will be on hand to offer advice about what they can offer to anyone looking to start a new business.
The centre is located in the former College Conference Centre (Esk Building, Keptie Road) and offers a calendar of regular master-classes, events and seminars covering a range of relevant business topics. Booking is not necessary for the Open Day so feel free to drop by for advice on all things enterprise.
Since its launch in September 2011, Angus Centre for Enterprise has provided support and resources for hundreds of business start-ups and established businesses across Angus. Angus College Director of Marketing and Business Growth Kay Gilmour said “Over the last few months we have seen the centre grow and establish itself as the one-stop-shop for enterprise and entrepreneurship in Angus. Our new programme is jam packed with exciting events and I would urge anyone interested in starting their own business to come along to our Open Day.”
